Energy Royalty Partners makes investments through its funds in renewable energy projects in the United States via nonrecourse royalty strip financing. Our single or multiple asset level investment can be made in pre-development or post-COD projects with a target investment size of $5MM -$25MM. Our objective is to provide flexibility to developers and operators through optimization of their capital stack without increasing debt obligations or diluting existing equity. The principals of ERP have a combined 75 years of experience investing in and managing assets across the energy supply chain.
